Latvia 1992-2010 Near Complete Stamp Collection, see desc. For rest

Spot check of a few sets came up MNH but I can't guarantee it's all MNH. They're all in mounts and behind a plastic protector. I would recommend stripping the pages immediately as these plastic sheets are notorious prisons for stamps. A few pages are starting to get bent around the rings as well, but they're protected by the mounts. Near complete as when I was checking sets I would notice a few here and there from certain years would be missing. The beginning sets have identification. Someone put a lot of work into this.
