Marvel G. I. Joe Comic Lot 1-115 Plus Spin-Offs 151 Books Total NEAR COMPLETE
This listing is for a lot of 152 Marvel GI Joe comics from the original 1982 - 1994 series as well as from several of the spin-off series. This collection was put together of a number of years and has been well cared for.
It has always been stored in a climate controlled closet in a comic box although it was not bagged and boarded. This lot includes the following books. Marvel GI Joe main series issues 1 - 115. This is a straight run, 115 issues numbered 1 to 115. Only 40 more books are needed to complete the entire 155 book run.
Two copies of issue number 1 are includes: one is the Tales of GI Joe reprint. Marvel GI Joe Order of Battle 1 - 4. This is a complete set of this Spin-off series.
Marvel GI Joe and the Transformers 1 - 4. Marvel GI Joe Special Missions 1-28. These books range in condition and let me just say straight off that I have no idea how to grade comics. The earlier books in the series have more wear than the books later in the series but all of them have great color on the covers, are in one piece (ie none of the covers are falling off or unstapled that I could find) and have no writing that I could find. There may be a name or something small in one of them but I tried to look through all of them and couldn't find anything to note.
In general the earlier books in the series are in fair and good shape, then progressing into very good and excellent shape. But the important thing is that they are all readable and bring back that feel of complete nostalgia for this series. Please see all pictures closely for a better idea of the condition of the books and let me know if any other pictures are necessary. Also please note that the few'European Mission' books shown in the first photo from the listing are not included as I now realize they are incomplete and are going to be a part of another lot. Please refer to the book count and book description above for exactly what is included in this lot.
