This near-complete set (notably missing Future Enterprise) is perfect for playing the game and even includes a DS9 edition rule book! 95% of the cards are in what would be classified as near mint, with none worse than lightly played.
Many are still sleeved from being in competitive decks. There are 1000s of cards in this collection and includes almost every card you can name, and some you probably never knew existed.
To that end, this collection ALSO includes the ultra rare Fajo Collection. The 18 cards in this special collection have never left their protective book and include cards such as : Guinan, Spot, and the USS Pasteur. The most annoying dilemmas, most versatile characters, and the best strategies are all in this collection and any Star Trek lover seeking to relive the fun of playing the game originally, or wanting to have essentially a fully self-contained game of limitless possibilities to play for the first time, this is the set for you! For fun, I have included more than enough tribbles cards (including the rarest 100,000 tribble card) to play the mini game though you would probably have to scour the internet for the official rules for this particular mini game! I was asked for a bit more detail on the contents of this collection, so I will update here to give you all more info..
I played competitively between late 1994 and 2001, so the collection is focused around that time frame... There are cards from, and significant portions if not complete sets of the following Premiere Unlimited Alternate Universe Q-Continuum First Contact Deep Space Nine The Dominion Black of Glory Rules of Acquisition The Trouble with Tribbles Mirror, Mirror Voyager The Borg Holodeck Adventures The Motion Pictures To give you a perspective on just how much there is Three binders, with 114 9-slot pages between them, which are double-sided and occasionally containing more than one copy... And some empty slots as cards have left the collection, or I simply never got any copies. So 2,000+ non-bulk cards stored as a playset/collection.
There are a few small boxes in there too... Those have a few bulk bundles of cards, and some deconstructed decks that I never rebindered.
So that's probably another 600 or so cards ranging from premium rares to bulk duplicate commons. In short, not very many black border premier cards (the ones there are will have been trades or very occasional acquisitions through prize winnings) as I was primarily a Star Wars CCG player and Star Trek was a secondary game for me. And to answer another question I got: the Fajo Collection is in pristine, gradable condition as the cards have never been touched.
